Description: The project contained several subcontracts, included the construction of clinics, accommodation building, force protection projects, infrastructure monitoring systems with night vision and power generating plants. The National
State laboratory was responsible for all field and laboratory tests.

Staff details: A site office with highly experienced engineers and technicians managing the site activity was established. Outside Iraq, offices supported the project by purchasing equipment. The Baghdad and Amman offices both supported vital administration and correspondence needs. The site staff was entirely comprised of locals from Fallujah to encourage employment in the conflict affected area. Beside hundreds of skilled and unskilled workers, a total of 12 engineers, 45 technicians and 10 administrative support staff were all part of the successful completion of this project.
