Description: Design, renovation and new construction of a 17,000m2 complex. The project includes infrastructure, roads and training yards, and power supply facilities. The project completed within record time of less than 90 days.

Staff details: A site office with highly experienced engineers and technicians managed site activities. Outside Iraq, offices supported the project by purchasing equipment and Baghdad HQ supported the administration and correspondence needs. The site staff was mainly from the local area to encourage employment in conflict affected area. A total of 30 engineers, 64 technicians and 15 administrative personnel covered the project activities. More than 1,300 of skilled and unskilled workers were engaged from the local area.
